Bush Veto on hate crimes is GOOD for Gay rights

5/4/07

Hey all,

Chins up......

I thought this one through.....This short term loss might be way worth it........

Yesterday, our Democratic senators and reps said, "Gay Americans do matter."

The Republicans of course said "Gay Americans don't matter"

It was right down party line.

Democrats voted to include Gay Americans in hate crimes legislation.......

Because dems have one more vote it passed........

I never in my wildest dreams thought Bush would veto such a common sense equality bill....

Then again, I really am desensitized to what this man is capable of.......

I got mad, but only for 2 seconds......

think it through........

Imagine the uproar that will occur if he vetoes it......

The head lines.....The blogs.....The morning talk shows.....

It will get everyone talking AGAIN.....and that is a good thing....

Because we have the truth and logic on our side, keeping people talking only helps our cause.......

Americans right now really don't "get" the war.....It's not tangible how terrible it is what we do every day......(Three Virginia techs EVERY DAY to innocent Iraq Civilians not "terrorists" for 4 years.....)

Americans still don't "get" a "save marriage" amendment is just discrimination to gay Americans.....

BUT..... Americans WILL "get" that saying, "It's ok to say FAGGOT while you swing the baseball bat" is not right.....

This is going to make Bush go from being a bad president to being a bad person......

It will be the worst mistake of his political career......

It will guarantee a Democratic president in 2008.

It will guarantee a Democratic Congress in 2008.

With those two things the fight for gay rights will be over instantly.

Defense of marriage act will be over turned.

State Amendments will be null and void instantly. (It will go to supreme court just like interracial marriage amendments......)

Hate crimes legislation will be passed......

Employment, housing, everything will pass on a FEDERAL Level........

This whole gay rights movement is a series of battles in one big war......Gays take two steps forward but only one back....Since 1970.....The "cavemen" are losing in the big picture.....

Bush's veto will end the war against Gays by mid 2009......

I guarantee it!!!!!

You all know this is my passion, this is my life, I have followed this obsessively for three years.....Trust me on this......Look at the big picture......Bush is so far gone and this will finally prove it.....Everyone has a gay friend, co-worker by now......They may hold on dearly to "Marriage" but people are not hateful to gays.....Americans are against discrimination in any form....(At least 51% of them and that is all we need 11/2008......)

I can go back to my regular job and get out of debt......yey!!!!!!

I am praying he vetoes the hate crimes act........I know it will suck short term....

I think it's worth it.....We have waited this long.......

The nitwits in the country will take his veto as a go-ahead to gay bash so be even extra careful coming out of clubs.....

Don't walk alone drunk coming out of the clubs......

Politics is an intricate game....Knowing how the majority of American Voters (51% or more) will react is invaluable.....

He has lost his mind, if he thinks more than 51% of America is ok with obvious discrimination to Gay Americans.......Every single poll is in the gays favor on hate crimes inclusion.....He lives in a false world of confusion and lies.....He is cocky with the "save Marriage" victories....He is doing this to throw Adolf Dobson a bone....

It is going to back fire...

His veto is exactly what the gay rights movement needs.....If he doesn't veto it, it will show you all that they figured out what I'm saying is true......

Gays win either way.......Yesterday was historic!!!!!! I'm in such a good mood today!!!!!

think it through.....

Denise (Gay America tired of the lies....)

Just say no to the political Dinosaur 2009
